John Carrico is the co-founder and CEO of Rezult Group. In 2002, John and his business partner, Chuck Ransom, set out to create a business focused on a high standard of service for clients and consultants. Together they purposefully grew the organization from a team of two to a footprint of six offices with clients and consultants across the United States. John is responsible for the company’s HealthcareIT and Enterprise Divisions, and focuses on developing strategy and vision that drives the growth of the organization.

With over twenty-five years of experience, John has laid a solid foundation of success in markets across the United States. His early career is rooted in successfully recruiting all levels of professionals in a wide range of specialties, building strong relationships with business leaders, and creating a legacy in business standards. As a leader, John exemplifies Rezult Group’s core values of integrity, dedication, reliability, value, and unity.

John graduated from University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. John has a wife and son and the three of them enjoy spending time together traveling and seeing new places.  John is an outdoor enthusiast and when he is not running Rezult or spending time with his family you can find John on the lake, hiking or cycling.

Chuck Ransom co-founded Rezult Group with business partner John Carrico in 2002. With a strong background in recruiting and sales, they set out to create a business focused on a high standard of service for clients and consultants. Together they purposefully grew the organization from a team of two to a footprint of six offices with clients and consultants across the United States. Chuck is responsible for the company’s founding division, the Technology Division, and focuses on developing strategy and vision that drives growth.  

Chuck’s staffing experience set him on a path that would lay a solid foundation for his future success as an entrepreneur.  His early career is rooted in successfully recruiting all levels of professionals in a wide range of specialties, building strong relationships with business leaders, and creating a legacy in business standards. As a leader, Chuck enjoys working with all levels of team members in all aspects of the business because it gives him a deep view into the nature of the business and how to better serve and lead those around him.  

Chuck graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Chuck loves spending time with his two daughters and beautiful wife! When time allows you can find him enjoying football season, a good wine, and playing a round of golf with family, friends and business associates.   

Rick Hill is the Director of Business Operations in Rezult Group’s Denver location.  Rick joined Rezult Group in 2018, where his commitment to excellence and providing world class service aligned perfectly with the company’s core values, culture, and mission to our Customers, Consultants and Employees. Rick is eagerly building a team of professionals who foster long term partnerships through consistently providing a high level of value, performance and trust.  

Rick brings over 15 years of experience providing workforce and technical solutions to both Enterprise and SMB customers. Rick began his career partnering with local businesses delivering Top Technical Talent and learned early on how important hiring the right person can be to the success of a team and organization. Rick received multiple performance and service awards and later dedicated himself to building highly engaged teams. Rick has hired, trained, coached and mentored many top performing professionals and leaders.  

Rick graduated from University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He spends most of his free time with his wife and three daughters enjoying much of what the Rocky Mountains have to offer. When they are not skiing, hiking, fishing, biking, or cheering on the local teams they are passionate about raising awareness, support, and finding a cure for Rett Syndrome.  

Mary Hendon is the dynamic Director of Business Operations in Rezult's Birmingham office.  Mary Hendon began her career as a Recruiting Partner with our Nashville team in 2014 and moved into a Business Development position.  In 2016, she transferred to the Birmingham office where her experience across multiple markets made her a valuable and distinctive member of the Rezult family.  For the past four years, in Birmingham, Mary Hendon has been the top Business Development producer managing over 100 contractors at a time.  As a result of her dedication and skill, the Birmingham office accounts have grown by 2400%.  The experience and leadership skills Mary Hendon possess are now used to lead our Birmingham market.  Mary Hendon was promoted in 2021 to Director of Operations, and in that position, she leads and mentors Recruiting and Business Development team members to expand, grow and develop Birmingham market business opportunities.

Mary Hendon holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama in Business with a focus in Corporate Communications, Leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility.  She loves to spend time with friends and family, especially her husband and children, and paints whenever she has the chance.  Mary Hendon serves on the Board for Ronald McDonald House and Exceptional Foundation in Birmingham.

Morgan Ball serves as Director of Business Operations in Rezult Group's Nashville office.  Morgan started her career as a Recruiting Partner and has progressively taken on new roles within the organization. She found her passion for sales when she became a Business Development Manager where she interfaced with clients, worked closely with her team, enhanced her knowledge of organizational accounting and finance needs, and learned how to best partner with her clients.  Morgan’s outgoing and creative personality sets her apart as a contributor and leader within our organization.  

Morgan received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Memphis where she studied Public Relations.   She and her husband are proud parents to their two Wheaten Terriers, Lu and Andy.  When not looking after her fur babies Morgan loves cheering on the Tigers, being with friends traveling and celebrating all things Nashville!

John Edwards is the Director of Business Operations in Rezult Group’s Charlotte, NC office. He joined Rezult Group in 2023, and embodies a commitment to excellence and a passion for building lasting partnerships that align seamlessly with our company's core values. After making the move up to Charlotte from South Florida, John has accumulated seven years of experience in the IT staffing industry, showcasing his dedication and upward mobility in the field.

He graduated with his B.S in Business Administration concentrated in Sports Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College in 2017. John's collegiate basketball background at the University of New Hampshire underscores his teamwork and leadership skills.

Currently residing in Uptown Charlotte with his fiancé and dog, John spends most of his free time enjoying the diverse offerings of the Carolinas! When he is not at the beach or hiking in the mountains, you can find him traveling to new places, at the gym, or watching the NBA cheering on the Celtics."

Amanda Barrios leads Rezult Group’s Operations Division. She has been integral to the success of Rezult Group since she started with the company in 2007. Amanda develops strategies and best practices with the client and consultant experiences in mind. She has built a team which works together to ensure accounting standards are met, consultants have the resources they need, clients receive superior service, and human resource procedures are in place.

Amanda serves as Rezult Group’s Director of Business Operations where she aligns business operations strategy and support with the overall goals of the company. Her career has been built on her ability to create processes, forward think and be an extension of all areas within the organization. Starting as a Consultant Services Associate, Amanda has progressively taken on any and all responsibilities asked of her and quickly became Rezult Group’s subject matter expert on all things operations.

Amanda graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. Amanda is the proud mother of two daughters! She stays busy cheering on her daughter’s school teams with them and reminding them they are not adults yet. For herself, Amanda enjoys being active with marathons and hiking and showing her serving heart through volunteering at Room In the Inn and partnering with Make-A-Wish Foundation. You can also count on her to show up in orange to cheer on the Tennessee Volunteers!
